PRIVACY POLICY

Sense-Ability Hypnotherapy & Coaching is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. All privacy & data protection policies and practices are line with GDPR regulations and follow ICO guidance for businesses that deliver therapy.

Website & Cookies

The Sense-Ability website and Squarespace platform may store information about a client’s IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths using cookies (files that are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We do this to understand our website traffic better. 

Sense-Ability cannot trace this information back to any individual but can see consolidated data presented as graphics.

Clients can delete cookies from the Sense-Ability Website that are already on their computer. Please refer to the instructions in file management software to locate the file or directory that stores cookies.

Links to other websites

The Sense-Ability website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, if anyone uses these links, please be aware that they have left the Sense-Ability website which has no control over other websites. Jane Pendry cannot therefore be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which is provided when visiting such sites and these sites are not governed by the Sense-Ability Privacy Policy.

Staying in touch

By signing the Sense-Ability Terms & Conditions clients agree to receiving limited marketing communications such as new articles, policy changes or price changes.

Jane Pendry will use client contact details for all reasonable communications related to their therapy, and to update them on any changes in services, prices or conditions during therapy. Clients therefore give consent to essential communications, and limited marketing communications including price changes, a change in services or new guidance or articles up to four times a year.

Clients may choose to withdraw consent at any time and their contact details can be removed from the marketing or communications database at any time once therapy has finished.
